— Robert and Tonya Evans of Russell announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Carrie Evans, to Roberto “Bobby” Flammia, son of Terri Duffy of Austin, Texas.
The wedding will be March 28, 2010, at the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center in Austin.
The bride-to-be is a 2003 graduate of Russell High School and a 2008 graduate of the University of Texas at the Austin School of Architecture. She is currently attending the University of Utah School of Nursing in Salt Lake City.
The groom is a 1999 graduate of Ingraham High School in Seattle, Wash., and a 2004 graduate of the United States Air Force Academy with degrees in political science and foreign area studies and a 2005 graduate of the Naval Postgraduate School with a masters in national security affairs. Currently he is employed with the United States Air Force as an F-16 pilot, where he is stationed at Hill Air Force Base in Utah.
