Rowsey-Thompson
Rus Rowsey of Catlettsburg and Beverly and Chuck Thompson of Ashland announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Ci’era Danielle Rowsey, to Virgil Allen Vanover III, son of Virgil Vanover II of Ashland and Amy Castle-Boggess of Fort Wayne, Ind.
The wedding will be Oct. 17, 2009, in Ashland.
The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Boyd County High School and a 2008 graduate of Morehead State University. She is currently employed by City National Bank.
The groom-elect is a 2003 graduate of Winfield High School in Winfield, W.Va., and 2007 graduate of Ashland Community and Technical College. He is employed by King’s Daughters Medical Center.
