Cassady-Malone
Wayne and Kathy Burchett of Louisa announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Tammy Jo, to John Scott Malone, son of John and Laura Malone of Coal Grove.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Lawrence County High School and Ashland Community College. She is employed as a nursing supervisor at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland.
The groom-elect is a graduate of Dawson-Bryant High School and attended Marshall University in Huntington. He is a nurse extern at King’s Daughters Medical Center. He also is owner and instructor of Malone Karate Studio in Coal Grove.
The open church wedding will be June 28, 2008, at 4 p.m. at Unity Baptist Church in Ashland.
After a honeymoon trip to Cancun, Mexico, the couple plan to reside in Catlettsburg.
