May-Blankenship
James May of Ashland and the late Darlene May announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Ashley May, to Jon Blankenship, son of Charles “Doc” Blankenship of Ashland and Dawn Jones Blankenship of Russell.
The wedding will be Aug. 30, 2008, at 21st Street Tabernacle in Ashland.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of East Carter High School and is working at First United Methodist Preschool.
The groom-elect is a graduate of Russell High School and is working at Boyd County Child Care and Giovanni’s Pizza.
