‰March 12, 2012, will be the 100th birthday of the Girl Scouts of America. On March 12, Girl Scouts of Carter County will display their exhibit, “100 Years of Girl Scouts — A Walk Down Memory Lane,” at the center. The exhibit will include pictures, games, cookies, patches and other memorabilia. Those who have pictures or memorabilia they’d like to donate or loan for the event or for the Girl Scout time capsule, call Bobbi Talbert at (606) 474-4067 or (606) 585-4443. Dropoff location will be at Edward Jones in the Town Mall in Grayson. Donations should be made by March 1.

The gallery is available for special showings by appointment.
