Scott and Lora Conley of Ashland announce the birth of a son, Carter Scott.
He was born April 23, 2008, at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland. He weighed 6 pounds, 11.5 ounces and was 20 inches long.
He was welcomed home by four siblings, Leah, Phillip, Chloe and Zoie.
Paternal grandparents are Michael and Dolores Conley of Russell. Great-grandmother is Julia Mitchell of Ashland.
Maternal grandparents are Steve and Cherie Carter of Flatwoods.
