Mr. and Mrs. William A. Cubbedge of Rosslyn, Va., announce the birth of a daughter, Philomena Louisa Cubbedge.
She was born in Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington. She weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces and was 20 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Alan B. Hart of Silver Spring, Md.
Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. William D. Cubbedge of Catlettsburg. Paternal great-grandmother is Grace R. Leskinen of Uniontown, Pa.
