— Rachel and Jason Manning of Ashland announce the birth of a son, Jonas Stephen Manning.
He was born Dec. 7, 2007, at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland. He weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces and was 20 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Rick and Ginger Simpson.
Paternal grandparents are Steve and Linda Manning.
