John “Talmage” and Faye Gambill will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Oct. 21 with an open house at Westwood United Baptist Church Events Building hosted by their children and grandchildren.
The Gambills, lifelong residents of the area, were married Oct. 26, 1957, in Ashland.
Mr. Gambill was employed at AK Steel Corp.
Mrs. Gambill, the former Faye Daniels, was employed by the Ashland Area YMCA.
Their children are John D. (Cheryl) Gambill of Ashland and Tamara F. (Curt) Persinger of Ashland. They have four grandchildren and two grandsons.
