— Mr. and Mrs. Clarence W. Wheeler celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Aug. 10 with a reception at the Flatwoods Church of Christ fellowship room, hosted by their daughter, Beverly Conley (Greg).
Mr. and Mrs. Wheeler were married Aug. 10, 1957. Mr. Wheeler is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Eskie Wheeler and is retired from Armco after 36 years. Mrs. Wheeler is the former Janet Stewart, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Stewart.
They are the parents of Beverly Conley (Greg) of Flatwoods and Michael Wheeler (Joy) of Cookeville, Tenn. They have five grandchildren.
