Nuckols

— Jack R. and Betty Ellen Nuckols of 2930 Monroe Ave., Ashland, recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. The couple wed on July 12, 1947.
Mrs. Nuckols is the former Betty Ellen Gearhart. She is the daughter of the late Morton and Agatha Field Gearhart.
Mr. Nuckols is the son of the late Charles and Martha LeMaster Nuckols.
Children of the couple include Jack Randall Nuckols and his wife, Sarah; their children, Ian Nuckols and Brian and Saretta Nuckols Jackson of South Point, Ohio, and Gary Dean Nuckols and his wife, Pamela; their daughter, Mari-Elizabeth of Washington, N.C.
Jack and Betty have one great-granddaughter, Anna Sarah Jennie Jackson.
Betty and Jack would like to invite their family, friends and church family to celebrate this event with an open reception on July 28 at the South Ashland United Methodist Church, 2203 29th St., Ashland from 2 to 5 p.m.
